Shipping & Delivery Policy

Innovexsis Consulting LLP (“Innovexsis”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides software-as-a-service, artificial-intelligence and automation features that are delivered entirely electronically. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods, and no courier, postal or freight delivery is involved.

This policy is provided for transparency and to satisfy payment-provider and international-compliance requirements for a digital service.

Access to a purchased plan, package or add-on is provisioned to your registered account automatically upon successful payment confirmation, typically instantly and in most cases within a few minutes.

If payment succeeds but access is not unlocked promptly, our billing system automatically reconciles and unlocks entitlements via the payment provider’s confirmation webhook and a periodic self-healing audit. No manual step is required from you.

On successful payment you will receive an on-screen confirmation and, where applicable, an email receipt from the payment provider. Your active plan and entitlements are always visible on the in-app Plans & Billing page.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle and access continues uninterrupted until you cancel or the plan lapses for non-payment.

If your purchased service does not become available within a reasonable time after a successful charge, contact us at director@innovexsis.com with your account email and the payment reference. We will investigate and restore access, or process a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy where appropriate.

This policy is governed by the laws of India and read together with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. We may update it for legal, security, supplier or product reasons; material changes will be notified through the Platform or your registered contact details.
