Samadhan-UPI

Lost money on a UPI payment? Get it escalated properly.

A failed or fraudulent UPI transfer has a defined complaint path — bank, then NPCI, then the RBI Ombudsman. Most people either give up or pay a lawyer ₹10,000+ for what is largely a paperwork exercise. We do the paperwork correctly, on time, for a fraction of that.

What this actually does for you

Your complaint is written properly

Facts, dates, transaction IDs and the exact relief you are asking for — in the format the bank cannot dismiss.

Deadlines are tracked for you

Each stage has a clock. We escalate on the day you become eligible instead of months later.

You know where you stand

Plain-English updates after every step, with copies of everything filed on your behalf.

No lawyer retainer

A fixed, published fee per case instead of an open-ended hourly bill.

Who it's for

  • Anyone who lost money to a UPI fraud or a failed transfer
  • Small shops and traders with disputed collections
  • Families helping a parent who was tricked into a payment
  • Freelancers whose client payment vanished mid-transfer

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us what happened

Answer a short set of questions and upload your screenshots.

  2. 02

    We prepare and file

Your bank complaint is drafted and submitted with the correct annexures.

  3. 03

    We escalate on time

If the bank does not resolve it, we take it to NPCI and the RBI Ombudsman.

Complaint windows expire by rule, not by choice

Every day you wait shortens the window to get your money back.

Bank, NPCI and Ombudsman escalation each have fixed time limits from the transaction date. Once a window closes, the same complaint cannot be revived — and recovery odds fall sharply after the first 30 days.

  • !Ombudsman eligibility lapses after the bank's response window
  • !Fraud trails go cold as beneficiary accounts are emptied
  • !Late complaints are dismissed on limitation, not merit

Common questions

Can I recover money from a failed UPI transaction without a lawyer?

Yes. The bank, NPCI and RBI Ombudsman route is a documentation process, not a court case. It has to be filed correctly and on time.

How long does it take?

Banks must respond within 30 days. Ombudsman escalation follows after that, so most cases conclude in 30–90 days.

What if I lose?

Not every case is recoverable, and we tell you honestly upfront. You pay a fixed fee for the filing work, never a share of your money.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell us about your business in five minutes and we'll tell you honestly what will move the needle first.
